ONLEY
The Windsor High School football team was defeated 42-6 by Nandua High School’s players on Tuesday afternoon. This game was a makeup for the one scheduled last Friday; inclement weather caused the postponement.

Roland Downing reported the Dukes’ Trevor Kiser had a 9-yard pass to Hayden Pittman for the sole touchdown, which took place in the second quarter.

Kiser had 119 passing yards and 54 rushing yards.

Both the Warriors and Dukes had scored all the points they earned in the first half.

In that first half, said Downing, Windsor had six drives which led to the touchdown. In the second half, there were three drives that forced the Warriors to punt only twice and they ran out the clock.

Friday is a Bye week for Windsor.

The Dukes host Northampton on Friday, Sept. 16. The game starts at 7 p.m.
