“Brendan posted an 18-hole total of 80, which was a great round, especially in the cold, rainy and windy weather conditions in which the round was played,” said head coach Tim Mason.
The 11th-grader’s journey began at the Conference 25 Tournament at Royal New Kent Country Club in Providence Forge. There, Simms shot at 18-hole score of 82 to place sixth and qualify for the aforementioned Regional Tournament at Shenandoah Valley Country Club in Front Royal.
