Both varsity and junior varsity lady Indians volleyball teams defeated Brunswick in straight sets at home match on Thursday Sept. 3.

Varsity’s final scores of the three games were 25 to 14, 25 to 13 and 25 to 11.

Highlights of the games include Courtney Vinson who had two aces and 13 assists, Allie Holt who had three aces and four kills, Sarah Williams who had four aces and three kills, Madison Wright who had one ace and three digs and Emma Drake who had 12 aces, seven kills and three digs.

JV’s final scores for their two games were 25 to 12 and 25 to 6.

Standouts during these games were Jamey and Jacey Bunn who each had three aces, one assist, one kill and two digs. Ashlyn Edwards has three aces and four assists and Madeline Burgess had three kills for the night.
