Storm 16U begins spring with tournament win

Elizabeth City, N.C.
The Southampton Storm 16U started off their spring season by taking first place in the Tri-County Shootout tournament in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, which was on May 30-31.

The girls all played on their school softball teams, which are Southampton Academy, Windsor High School, Lakeland High School, Greensville High School and Southampton High School. The Storm 16U will play in Richmond on June 20-21.

The coaches thank the community for all their support in helping the girls play travel softball.
