The Alliance Christian School Falcons baseball team ran into Isle of Wight Academy’s Adam Webb on Monday evening, and only one batter came away with a hit in the 11-0 Chargers victory.

Webb pitched all five innings in the METRO league game, coming away with the win and seven strikeouts.

Rylee Williams and Alec Wonders did their duty in driving in three runs apiece. Wonders was walked twice, but his lone hit was a double with the bases juiced. Williams had two singles and was 2 for 4 at the plate.

Noah Pye had one hit, but he reached base in all four trips to the plate and scored a run each time.
