Windsor varsity baseball wins first game

BRUTON—The Windsor Dukes varsity baseball team got off to a good start Saturday, trumping the Bruton Panthers 14-0 in a five inning game.

Cory Childress, in four innings of work, only gave up one hit and struck out 6 batters.

On 12 hits, the Dukes scored 14 runs, with Avery Miller and Griffin Hoktz leading the way with two hits and two RBIs each.
