The Southampton/Sussex All-Stars Mustang Team won 11-5 against Swansea, Mass., in Chesterfield on Thursday. This was the first game of the double-elimination round in the East Zone Tournaments.

Cameron Belter was the starting pitcher, and Hunter Rountree relieved him. Rountree had 2 home runs and 5 RBIs.

Today’s game is at 5:30 p.m. against Chesterfield. If they lose, they’ll play again at 8 o’clock. Should the Mustangs win, they’ll play the championship at 11 a.m. Saturday.

The Mustangs are playing toward going to the World Pony Series in Texas, which starts Thursday, Aug. 1.
