Several players from Southampton High School have been named to the 2013 Region 1 All-Region Baseball Team. First team selections were shortstop Hayden Spalding and outfielder Jake Pope.

First baseman Tanner Winters and second baseman Mason Wright were named to the second team. Jack Bunn and Hunter Peck received honorable mentions. Warhill High School, which ended the Indians’ season in the regional playoffs, earned the top two honors, as Michael Brumfield and Joe Henzel were named Player of the Year and Coach of the Year.
