Sherry M. Saunders and Samuel A. Hall were married at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, 2011, at The First Lady in Suffolk.
The Rev. Dr. Japheth L. Claude officiated. Dr. Marvin Duke served as the assistant.
The bride was escorted and given in marriage by her grandsons, Zane Bridges and Dominique Phillips.
Cheryl Forrest was matron of honor.
Ricky Sykes served as best man. Ushers were Richard Leonard and Vernon Butler.
The flower girl was Derrica Phillips, granddaughter of the bride.
Aleaze Robertson read the poem “Why Marriage.”
Hostesses were Yameka Butler, Andrea Leonard, Iesha Jamison and Shona Sykes. Junior hostesses were Alysa Smith and Laila Bridges.
Medina Marble directed the ceremony.
The new Mrs. Hall is the pastor of New Life Church in Franklin.
Her husband is the bishop and presiding prelate of Mt. Olive Holiness Church in Franklin.
The couple lives in Franklin.
