Ashley Hill and Linwood Fitzgerald Jr. married at 4 p.m. Saturday, June 9, 2012, at Union Branch Baptist Church in Chesterfield.

The bride is the daughter of Charlene and George Hill Sr. of Colonial Heights. Her father and her late grandparents, George and Rebecca Turner-Hill, had lived in Courtland.

Her husband is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Linwood Fitzgerald Sr.

A reception was held at the Culture Center of India in Chester.
