CARRSVILLE—The Isle of Wight County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest from Friday’s double murder in Carrsville, while the second person found dead has been identified as Joe Joyner.

A press conference will be held at 3:30 p.m. today at the Isle of Wight County Courthouse, when more details will be released.

Joyner, 62, was the husband of Sandra Joyner, 58, who was also found dead in their home.
