NEWSOMS—Michelle Leigh Stainback and Roger Gordan Gray Jr. were married Jan. 21, 2012, at High Street United Methodist Church. The Rev. Susan Reeves officiated.

The bride is the daughter of John and Cetia Stainback of Sedley and Robert and Luresa Tyler of Franklin.

The groom is the son of Roger and Vickie Gray Sr. of Boykins.

The bride’s father escorted her, and she was given away in marriage by her parents.

Tiffany Berry of Franklin, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Tiffany Musselman of Franklin, friend of the bride, served as the maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Stephanie Gray of Boykins, sister of the groom, and Sara Johnson of Franklin, both friends of the bride.

Flower girl was Alexis Griffith of Suffolk, cousin of the bride.

The groom’s father, Roger Gray Sr. of Boykins, was the best man.

Groomsmen were Craig Berry of Franklin, brother-in-law of the bride; Brent Mason, friend of the groom; and Kevin Drake of Newsoms and Travis Vann of Franklin, friends of the groom.

Ring bearer was Colin Berry of Franklin, nephew of the bride.

Carey Kirkland was the organist.

Loretta Lomax, friend of the bride, was mistress of ceremonies. The reception was held at Cypress Cove Country Club.

The couple will reside in Newsoms with their son, John Gray.
