PORTSMOUTH—Isle of Wight Academy’s Diane Davis hit a grand slam in the second inning of the Lady Chargers’ 27-1 victory over Metro Athletic Conference foe Alliance Christian on Tuesday. The Lady Chargers racked up 15 runs in the second inning.

Davis went five-for-six with six RBIs. Kenzie Conner went four-for-five, scored five runs and had six RBIs, while Bailey Key went four-for-five with five runs scored and three RBIs.

The Lady Chargers improved to 5-0 and 3-0 in the conference.
