IWA defeats Windsor 3-1

WINDSOR—Isle of Wight Academy defeated Windsor 3-1 during a non-conference softball game Wednesday.

The winning pitcher was Shelby Jurewicz. Morgan Burks was tagged with the loss.
Windsor scored a run in the first inning and IWA responded with two runs in the third and one in the fifth.
Lady Chargers Bailey Key and Kenzie Conner went two-for-four in the win. One of Key’s hits was a double.
Lady Duke Morgan Whitley hit a triple.
