FRANKLIN–Sunday’s 100 percent change of rain is expected to turn into a snow-rain mix this evening.

The National Weather Service is calling for a low of 32 tonight with a windchill as low as 23. Up to one inch of snow is forecast.

Monday will be cloudy and 48 degrees.
