WINDSOR—Windsor’s Tierra Rawls scored three, three-pointers to lead the Lady Dukes with nine points during the team’s 44-33 loss to Tri-Rivers District opponent Surry on Tuesday.

Teammate Tommie Curtis added seven.

“We were winning at halftime by one point,” said Windsor Coach Chuck Parrish. “We had a rough third quarter, and Surry made shots and we had several shots go in and out.”

“We had a great crowd for our last game of the year,” Parrish added. “Our two seniors, Candice Ricks and Maurica Bynum, played in front of a great atmosphere for their last high school game. We did not win on their senior night, but just like every other game, our young ladies played hard.”
