WINDSOR—Windsor boys on Friday defeated Tri-Rivers District opponent Appomattox Regional Governor’s School 37-33.

Windsor’s Josh Edwards hit two foul shots with 15 seconds left to put the Dukes up by three points. ARGS went down court and attempted a three-point shot. RJ Edwards got the rebound and was fouled and then sealed the win for the Dukes by making the first free throw.

“Overall it was a great team effort,” Bossick said. “Abram Torrence, Justice Chapman, Kyle Gosney and Josh Edwards played great team defense.”

Edwards led all scorers with 11 and Cole Daniel added nine.
