FARMVILLE—Southampton High School junior De’Mone Brickhouse helped lead the Lady Indians to a 44-42 Southside District win over Prince Edward with 16 points on Friday.

Sophomore Brittney Johnson added 12.

Prince Edward led 14-12 at the end of the first quarter and trailed 26-19 at the half. Southampton went into the final quarter with a 34-33 lead.

The Lady Indians are 8-6 overall and 2-2 in the district.
