WAKEFIELD—The Tidewater Academy girls improved their record to 5-2 with a 43-24 win over Greenbrier Christian Monday.

Lady Warrior Cary Beahm scored 19 points while teammates Taylor Pruitt added 12 and Falon Williams 10. Williams and Beahm each grabbed seven rebounds.

The Lady Warriors took an 11-10 lead in the first quarter and led Greenbrier Christian 21-17 at the half.

Tidewater Academy led 37-20 at the end of the third quarter and outscored Greenbrier 6-4 in the fourth.

TA plays Brunswick Academy at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 2, in Wakefield.
