COURTLAND—Due to concerns over inclement weather from Hurricane Irene, Southampton Academy will host its first game at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 25, instead of Friday.

The game is against Lawrence Academy.

“I don’t know how far in advance of the storm the rains are going to be, but if it rains, I’d rather play it on Thursday,” Head Coach Dale Marks said.
