NORFOLK—Windsor eighth-grader Ayana Holloway placed first in the 100- and 200-meter dashes for the junior varsity squad during the Norfolk Academy Track Meet on Wednesday.

She ran the 100 in 14.09 and the 200 in 29.86.

The only other double winner for the Dukes was sophomore Jordan Jones in the long and triple jumps; she made leaps of 14-05 and 31-0, respectively.

The Windsor boys’ and girls’ varsity teams placed second with 103 and 99 points, respectively. Norfolk Academy boys’ and girls’ squads won the meet with 200 and 222 points.

The Windsor girls’ junior varsity squad placed fourth out of four schools with 32 points; the winning team was Norfolk Academy with 189 points.
