Tidewater beats Windsor 45-23

WAKEFIELD—Tidewater Academy’s Cary Beahm scored more than half of the Lady Warrior’s points during a 45-23 win over Windsor in a non-league Tuesday night game.

Teammate Falon Williams added 12.

Williams also led in rebounds with 10; Samantha Dunn added 6. The Lady Warriors completed 13 of 26 free-throws.

For the Lady Dukes, Whitney Scarcy led with 8. Windsor made 6 out of 19 free throws.

Tidewater led 9-4 at the end of the first quarter and 25-12 at the half. The Lady Warriors extended their lead to 39-16 before going in to the final period.

Tidewater is 6-8 overall and 3-6 in the Virginia Commonwealth Conference.
