COURTLAND—Southampton Academy sophomore Rashodd Maxey scored a season-high 24 points during Friday’s 76-50 loss to Kenston Forest.

Maxey also had 7 rebounds, while senior Blake Drewry made four 3-pointers out of nine attempts.

SA is 2-8 overall and 0-6 in the Virginia Commonwealth Conference. The Raiders will play at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 21, at Steward School.
