WAKEFIELD—The Tidewater Academy volleyball team defeated Fuqua at home on Thursday.

Final scores were 14-25, 25-21, 18-25, 25-20, 15-10.

Carey Beahm and Rebecca Renney led the Lady Warriors in serving, both with a 98 percent average. Beahm also led the team with 9 kills.

The Warriors are 6-2. overall 4-1 for the Virignia Commonwealth Conference.
