In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Jan. 18, all City of Franklin offices will be closed, and re-open on Jan. 19.

Residents on Monday’s route will have their trash picked up during the collection on Tuesday’s route.

All Southampton County offices, including all trash collection sites, will be closed on Jan 18, and re-open on Jan. 19.

All branches of the Blackwater Regional Library will be closed on Jan. 18.

All Isle of Wight County offices will be closed on Jan. 18 and re-open on Jan. 19. The refuse and recycling centers will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday.

The Town of Windsor office will be closed on Jan. 18 and re-open on Jan. 19. Trash collection on Wednesday is not affected.
