The missing Franklin toddler has been found and is back with his family.

Braxton Pera had last been seen wearing a long-sleeved green and blue shirt, with just a diaper and rubber camouflage boots in the Woodland Drive section of Franklin around 2 p.m.

“The Franklin Police Department would like to thank the Suffolk Police Department, Virginia State Police, Southampton County Sheriff’s Office and Franklin Fire & Rescue,” stated Halverson. “We would also like to thank the many citizens who called and volunteered to assist in the search. A massive thanks to all.”
