Hubs, the gourmet peanut company based in Sedley, will expand operations into the building formerly used by Farm Fresh. Lynne Rabil, president of Hubs, made the announcement earlier Thursday afternoon during a ceremony on the company grounds in Sedley.
Virginia Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry Bettina K. Ring attended and presented to Rabil a $40,000 check from the Governor’s Agriculture and Forestry Industries Development Fund. The money will be used to aid the company in its growth.
