Robert V. Holland, 37, of Fairview Drive, Franklin, was arrested on a charge of being drunk in public, using profane language.

Douglas Milteer, 55, of Cross Keys Road, Boykins, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated – second within less than five years.

Jasmine Velette Bridgewater, 25, of Wakefield Road, Courtland, was arrested on charges of contempt of court – general, without a jury and simple assault.

Angelec Marie Wiggins, 31, of Indian Trail, Woodland, North Carolina, was arrested on charges of driving while license revoked – third or subsequent and driving 20 mph or more over speed limit – limit is 40 mph or more.

Leroy Jones, 59, of Brandon Street, Franklin, was arrested on a charge of DWI – second conviction within 10 years, blood alcohol level .15 to .20.
