Alexander Noah Weinschel, 30, of Paris St., Virginia Beach, was arrested on charges of possession with intent to sell, etc. schedule I or II drugs, possession of schedule I or II drugs while possessing firearm, possession/transport of a firearm, taser by a convicted non-violent felon, and driving while license revoked – first offense.

Zebulon George Weinschel, 36, of Lovers Lane, Windsor, was arrested on charges of possession with intent to sell, etc. schedule I or II drugs, possession of schedule I or II drugs while possessing firearm, and possession/transport of a firearm, taser by a convicted violent felon.

Kelroy Wilkins, 30, of Dewey St., Franklin, was arrested on a charge of malicious wounding – stab, cut, wound with malicious intent.

Clifton Ray Warren, 49, of Washington Drive, Courtland, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third offense within 10 years, not in five years, BAC >.20 percent.

April Amelia Artis, 35, of Cool Springs St., Franklin, was arrested on a charge of hit and run – driver fails to report, $1,000+ damage to property.

Jerome Anthony Bryant, 44, of Flaggy Run Road, Courtland, was arrested on a charge of contempt of court – general, without a jury.

Jonathan Lee Dickerson, 32, of Proctors Bridge Road, Ivor, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated – first conviction.
