Jason Russel Harrell, 36, of Rivers Mill Road, Capron, was arrested on charges of two counts of failure to perform construction in return for advances >$200.

Namon Dimish Murphy, 60, of Everett Street, Newsoms, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.

William M. Picot III, 67, of Elwood Road, Suffolk, was arrested on a charge of making false statements on criminal history check consent form.

Ta’von Lamar Douglas, 27, of Carroll Street, Baltimore, Md., was arrested on a charge of fugitive from justice – felony.

Edward Lamont Everett III, 19, of Number 8 Schoolhouse Road, Boykins, was arrested on a charge of alcohol purchase or possession by person under 21.

Michael Joseph Douglas, 54, of Waxham Creek Road, Waxsaw, N.C., was arrested on a charge of DWI – first conviction, blood alcohol level .15 to .20.
