William Thomas Edwards, 54, of Sandy Ridge Road, Franklin, was arrested on charges of damaging a telephone line or intercepting a message and simple assault against a family member.

Jarrett Gregory Brooks, 24, of Glen Oaks Lane, Columbia, Maryland, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated – second within less than five years and driving on a suspended license after DWI conviction.

Marcus Lemuel Edwards, 25, of New Road, Ivor, was arrested on charges of simple assault and statutory burglary of a dwelling to commit other felony or A&B.

Kernell Lee Ridley, 51, of Aurora St., Courtland, was arrested on a charge of being drunk in public, using profane language.
