Carlton Dwwayne Kearney Jr., 19, of Bracey St., Franklin, was arrested on a charge of contempt of court – general – without a jury.

Adrian Samuels, 52, of Gum Grove Drive, Newport News, was arrested on a charge of being a habitual offender – second or subsequent offense.

Steven Andrew Crawford, 47, of Bell Road, Ivor, was arrested on charges of gross, wanton or reckless care for a child, possession of marijuana – subsequent offense and simple assault against a family member.

Michelle Lee Manning, 42, of Carter St., Franklin, was arrested on a charge of trespassing after being forbidden to do so.

Javon Tomas Stith, 21, of Skyline Drive, Wakefield, was arrested on a charge of robbery – business.

Derryell Denzel Bell, 23, of Burgwyn St., Woodland, North Carolina, was arrested on charges of two counts of grand larceny – steal property >=$200, not from person and two counts of burglary – dwelling at night to commit larceny, other felony.

Jazmin Dawnita Clarke, 26, of Thomas St., Franklin, was arrested on a charge of simple assault against a family member.
