Joann Harris, 50, of Cabin Pond Lane, Boykins, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, obstructing justice by threats or force, simple assault against a family member, and brandishing or pointing a firearm.

Maurice D. Earley, 22, of W. Hayes St., Ahoskie, NC, was arrested as a fugitive from justice – felony.

Joann Harris, 50, of Cabin Pond Lane, Boykins, was re-arrested on charges of abusive, profane or threatening calls on phone, C.B. Radio, and violation of a protective order.

Eddie Savage, 62, of Dale Drive, Portsmouth, was arrested on charges of violating a provision of a protective order issued pursuant to 19.2-152.9.

Billy Lee Hand, 53, of Haledon Road, Chesapeake, was arrested on charges of possession or transport of a firearm, taser by a convicted non-violent felon.
