Edward Lee Mizell Jr., 37, Florida Avenue, Suffolk, on charges of simple assault against a family member.

Cory Andrew Barrett, 26, Carter Street, Franklin, on charges of failure to appear in court for misdemeanor offense and driving while license revoked, first offense.

John McKinley Newby, 41, Delaware Road, Franklin, on charges of intentionally damage any property, less than $1,000, and strangle another causing wounding or injury.

Tierra Hopson, 45, Southampton Parkway, Drewryville, on charges of bomb threat etc. by offender 15 or over and simple assault.
