WINDSOR—Mr. and Mrs. Rossie Brock of Windsor announce the engagement of their daughter, Magen Brock, to Mark Caplinger, son of Larry and Angela Caplinger of Broadway.

Brock, an undergraduate from the University of Virginia and master’s degree graduate of James Madison University, is a fitness and personal training director at ACAC Fitness and Wellness in Charlottesville.

Caplinger, an undergraduate from James Madison University and doctoral graduate from Hampton University, is a physical therapist at Physical Therapy at ACAC in Charlottesville.

A September 2014 wedding is planned in Charlottesville.
