NEWSOMS—Mr. and Mrs. William J. Fowler Jr. of Newsoms announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Fowler Vick, to David Nahrebecki Sr. He is the son of Claudette and Jerry Nahrebecki of Newsoms, and the late Jean Nahrebecki.

The future bride graduated from Southampton High School in Courtland.

She is employed as a sales associate for Walmart in Franklin.

The future groom also graduated from Southampton High School in Courtland.

He is employed by Valley Proteins in Lewiston, N.C.

The wedding is planned to take place in July, and the couple will live in Boykins.
