FRANKLIN—Mrs. Frances Presnall of Franklin announces the engagement of her granddaughter, Tiffany Musselman, to Jason West.

Jason is the son of Mrs. Doris Baxter of Texas City, Texas and James West of Fort Worth, Texas.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of the late Mrs. Sally Musselman. The groom-to-be is the father of Devyn West.

Tiffany is the customer service coordinator for the Kloke Group – United Van Lines.  Jason is a sergeant in the United States Army.

The couple is planning to wed in the spring of 2014.
