COURTLAND—Wide receiver Devine Fenner of Southampton High School is Western Tidewater’s Player of the Week for week 10 of the high school football season.

In the loss to Park View, Fenner led the Indians in rushing yards with 165 on 12 attempts. Two of those rushes resulted in a touchdown. He led Western Tidewater in rushing yards this week.

Fenner was responsible for all of the Southampton points in the 21-12 loss to the Dragons.
