Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Eugene Edwards of Courtland and Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Wayne Overby of Branchville announce the engagement of their daughter, Carole Renee Edwards, to Paul Edward Jones Jr.

Paul is the son of the late Mrs. Helen Tatum Jones.

A fall wedding is planned.
