Wendy Upton Duncan and Brian “Keith” Futrell are thrilled to announce their engagement!
Duncan — Futrell
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Willard “Earl” Upton and Doris P. Upton and step daughter of James E. Touchard all of Sussex, Virginia where she was born and raised. Wendy is a graduate of Sussex Central High School. After high school she attended John Tyler Community College. She is employed by The City of Emporia as the Payroll and Benefits Specialist.
The groom-to-be is the son of Wingate “Winky” and Alease Futrell of Capron, Virginia where he was born and raised. Keith is a graduate of Southampton High School. After high school he attended Chowan College where he received his degree in elementary education. He is employed by VDOT as a Sr. Structure and Bridge Inspector.
The couple is planning October 26, 2013 wedding at the Airfield 4-H Conference Center in Wakefield, Virginia.
