Shana Hamblin of Courtland and Matthew Lambert of Suffolk announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Tina Holland Henderson and Michael Hamblin, and stepdaughter of Walter Henderson. She is the granddaughter of Marlene Holland and the late Marvin Holland.

She graduated from Southampton High School in 2010.

Her fiancé is the son of Violet Dickens of Suffolk.

He graduated from Lakeland High School in 2004.

They plan to marry in September 2012.
