Regine Sarka and Edward Sarka of Franklin have announced the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Sarka of Franklin, to Andrew Doyle of Hunterdale.

He is the son of Dawn Doyle of Suffolk and Thomas Doyle of Norfolk.
The couple met 13 years ago as teenagers through Andrew Doyle’s sister.
After many years, their friendship blossomed into a beautiful romantic relationship. On July 3, on the Sarkas’ front porch, Andrew Doyle got down on one knee and asked for her hand in marriage.
They plan to wed in early 2012 and take an extended honeymoon.
The couple will live in Hunterdale.
Andrew Doyle is a project engineer for Mid Eastern Builders in Chesapeake.
