Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd C. White of Windsor and Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Ballard of Ivor announce the engagement of their children, Laura White and Robbie Ballard.

The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Isle of Wight Academy and a 2010 graduate of the University of Virginia’s College at Wise.

She is a help desk technician at Northrop Grumman in Lebanon.

Her fiancé is a 2007 graduate of Southampton Academy and will graduate from UVA Wise in May.

The couple plans to marry on June 25, 2011, at the Airfield 4-HCenter in Wakefield.
