ISLE OF WIGHT—The Isle of Wight Academy softball team defeated Alliance Christian 16-3 in five innings Tuesday.

IWA improves its season record to 5-0.

Lady Charger Hailey Glover pitched 2 1/3 innings of no-hit ball and allowed no earned runs. She improves her record to 4-0 on the year.

Shelbie Dashiell gave up one hit and three runs in relief.

Diane Davis, who went 3-for-3 with 2 RBIs, led IWA hitters. Glover went 2-for-2 with an RBI.

Chandler Stuck had a team-leading 3 RBIs in the win and went 2-for-3 from the plate. Brooke Small added 2 RBIs and went 1-for-2.
