Courtney N. Boone of Franklin and Marcus D. Hill of Courtland will marry at 3 p.m. March 19, 2011, in Suffolk.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Shirl and Lindbergh Boone Jr. of Franklin. She is the granddaughter of Dorothy E. Wiggins and Dorothy Boone and the late Herbert Wiggins and Lindbergh Boone Sr.
Her fiancé is the son of Ted Richardson of Franklin and the late Ella Hill.
The future Mrs. Hill graduated from Southampton High School. She also graduated from Virginia State University in 2009 and is working on her master’s degree in education from Strayer University. She works for United Parcel Service.
Her fiancé graduated from Southampton High School and has joined the Army. He will be leaving for training in May.
