The future bride is the daughter of Tawana Ashburn and Darius Cofer of Windsor. Her grandparents are Betty and Heywood Ashburn of Windsor.
She is a 2001 graduate of Windsor High School.
Her fiancé is the son of Deloise and Jeremiah Jefferson of Rushmere. He is the grandson of Arthur Jefferson of Rushmere.
A 1996 graduate of Smithfield High School, he is employed by Dominion Virginia Power.
