Michelle Mann Lopez of Collins, Miss., and Ronald H. Sanford of Seminary, Miss., announce the engagement of their daughter, Shella Paige Sanford, to Justin Lee Myers, son of Brenda and Kenneth McCann of Lake, Miss., and Ricky and Brenda Gail Myers of Windsor.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Virginia Morgan Mann and the late James C. “Jim” Mann and Frances and Hershell Sanford, all of Seminary.

The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Faye and Tommy Barnes of Lake, Edna and Walter McCann of Picayune, Miss., the late Agnes Smith, Shirley Robbins of Pelahatchie, of Miss., the late Jimmy Robbins, the late Herman Myers and Lois and Calvin Shoemaker of Pelahatchie.

Sanford is a 2007 graduate of Collins High School and is attending Jones County Junior College, majoring in child psychology.

Myers is a 2005 graduate of Lake High School. He is employed by Johnson Controls Inc. in Hattiesburg, Miss.

Wedding vows will be exchanged at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, at Bethel Baptist Church in Seminary. A reception will follow in the church fellowship hall.
