Patricia S. Loftis
IVOR—Patricia Shafer Loftis, 52, died March 26, 2009, after a short battle with Wegener’s Disease.
Mrs. Loftis was born on Aug. 4, 1956, in Hampton, to Opal Hostetter Shafer and the late Eldridge Leroy Shafer.
Survivors include her loving husband, Stan Loftis; son, Ricky Peck of California; mother, Opal Hostetter Shafer of Lexington; sisters, Wanda Souza, Pam O’Sullivan (Tim), Cindy Sumrell (Ken); brother, Roy Shafer; three stepchildren, Josh , Jessie, and Jamie Loftis; and many loving nephews and nieces.
A private memorial will be held at a later date.
