ELMIRA, N.Y. — Katherine G. Insull died in Elmira, New York, on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2020.

She was born on Sept. 2, 1923, to Thomas G. and Katherine A. Lynam Vincent, and married to William E. Insull on May 19, 1946.

Survivors include her children, David Insull, Kevin Insull and Donna Insull Morrel; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
