COURTLAND — Barbara Anne Pittman, 81, widow of William Thomas “Tommy” Pittman Jr., passed away on Nov. 29, 2018.

Born in Neptune, New Jersey, Barbara was the daughter of the late Leon Russell Laydon and Anne Loper Laydon, and was also predeceased by a stepson, Hugh G. Pittman.

She was a member of Courtland United Methodist Church.

Survivors include three stepsons, William T. “Bill” Pittman III (April,) Wilmer Pittman (Linda) and John Pittman; one brother, Robert Charles Laydon (Judy;) a daughter-in-law, Robin Pittman; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

The graveside service will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 2, in Riverside Cemetery, Courtland, with the Rev. Bill McClung Jr. officiating.

Memorial donations may be made to Courtland United Methodist Church.
